Healthy Whole Kids™ Spring 2020 Bethel Elementary School Yoga and Mindfulness

  • Healthy Whole Kids Yoga and Mindfulness classes are designed to inspire self-acceptance and encourage self-care while engaging the mind and energizing the body.

    Your child will learn basic yoga postures and mindfulness teachniques that they can use on a daily basis to create personal stability as they manage emotions, establish balance and connect with the world around them.

    Each class will include:
    Breathing exercises
    Playful series of yoga poses
    Game, craft or activity
    Relaxation story
    Healthy snack

  • This deck of 48 vibrant affirmation cards, created for Healthy Whole Kids™ of all ages, is designed to reinforce our inner dialogue with uplifting messages of positivity and empowerment.

  • WAIVER & RELEASE
    I understand that in the event of a medical emergency, Healthy Whole Life™ will act on my behalf to render assistance and that I will be financially responsible for any expenses involved. I release Bethel Elementary School, Greenville County Schools and Healthy Whole Life, LLC and all of their corresponding representatives from all liability pertaining to my child’s/children’s involvement in this program. I acknowledge that my child is participating in this program at his or her own risk. POLICIES & PROCEDURES: Healthy Whole Life™’s Registration Policies: REFUND POLICY: Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance at a scheduled class. Should Healthy Whole Life find it necessary to cancel registration for a child, a refund will be issued after deduction for classes already attended. MAKE-UP CLASSES & CANCELLATIONS: Healthy Whole Life reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment. Upon cancellation a full refund will be made. In the event that a class is cancelled for weather related reasons, a makeup class will attempted to be scheduled, but it is not guaranteed and may not always be possible. No refund will be given if a class is cancelled due to weather events or acts of nature. ARRIVAL & DISMISSAL POLICY: Please arrive to pick up your child promptly at the end of the designated class time. We will dismiss at the 2/5 carline. A proper cartag is required in order for your child to be dismissed. For the safety of the students, children will not be released without proper identification.
    PHOTOGRAPHY: I give permission to use my or my child’s photograph publically for promotional purposes. I understand that the images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
